Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner's website.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
